Kelly has 15+ years of experience in lighting. For Philips, her work is focused in energy codes and high performance building standards development in North America as well as applications research for advanced lighting systems and services. She holds a MS, Lighting and a BS, Building Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has earned Lighting Certification from NCQLP and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) credential. In metropolitan New York, she serves the Illuminating Engineering Society New York City Section as a member of its Board of Managers, administers the section’s Thesis Award Program, and is also a Past NYC Section President (2009-2011). She is also an ASHRAE member and active with the 90.1 lighting subcommittee.
